The elevator in the Lobby Building will be out of service for maintenance from April 21, 2025, to June 5, 2025. Guests staying in Deluxe Pool View Rooms will need to use the stairs during this time.

The elevator in the other building, which serves Standard, Deluxe, and Junior Suite Rooms, will remain operational as usual.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 12:00.

-For security purposes, guests are required to present the original credit card used for payment upon check-in.

-The card must be verified through our Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system in accordance with banking security guidelines.

-If the original credit card cannot be presented, the hotel reserves the right to charge another available credit card or an alternative payment method provided at check-in.
