Situated near Rawai Beach along Phukets southern coast, the fully-furnished Grand 5BR Pool Villa Sea la Vie is a 5-bedroom villa with a private outdoor pool and free WiFi access.

This villa is a 3-minute drive from stunning sunset views at Promthep Cape and a short drive from popular Nai Harn Beach. Seafood and international restaurants, along with other shops, can be found in the Rawai area. Phuket International Airport is a 48 km drive away.

All five spacious bedrooms boast an en suite bathroom with a shower. The villas large open-plan living area features an equipped kitchen and dining area, which faces the pool deck. Kitchen appliances include a dish washer and an oven. Other amenities in the villa include flat-screen TVs, a washing machine and a barbecue.

During their stay, guests can make arrangements for a private chef, car hire and airport transfers.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 11:00.

This is a pet-friendly property. Guests are required to inform the property prior to check-in, should the guest wish to bring their pets on-site.

Smoking is allowed at outdoor areas. Please note that smoking in rooms are subject to a THB 2000 fine and surcharge for deep cleaning.

Pool cleaning (3 times a week) and gardening service (once a week) are provided free of charge.

Cleaning services are provided three times per week. Bed linen and towels are changed twice a week. Additional cleaning services are available at a starting fee of THB 600.

Extra guests are charged at THB 1000 per night. (Maximum of 2 extra guests per villa.)

An early check-in or late check-out is possible (based on availability) for an additional charge.
